Using the latest design tools, you'll craft visually compelling content for Retail and Contact Centre teams, always ensuring it meets client standards and deadlines.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO
| CONTENT CREATION Create impactful digital training content using cutting-edge interactive platforms and graphic design Design high-impact quick guides aligned with modern learning trends Develop and maintain training presentations for classroom and virtual sessions from onboarding to in-life upskilling Create consumer-facing content for retail point of sale Ensure content is suitable for a variety of formats and touchpoints |
| RESEARCH Research the latest trends in behavioural science and media consumption to engage audiences effectively Tailor content to suit both traditional and digital learning habits. Ensuring diverse audience needs are met Leverage your understanding to reach new audiences and drive awareness through impactful content. |
| TRAINING DELIVERY Deliver end-to-end train the trainer sessions across multiple teams and audience sizes Champion high energy engagement and be a charismatic presenter Act as a Master Trainer to inspire and set the benchmark as a presenter |
| STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Lead projects with channel partners and third-party vendors to meet diverse needs Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and team members to ensure smooth collaboration |
| PRODUCT/INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE Serve as a Samsung product expert Deliver train-the-trainer sessions across various teams Integrate soft skills and sales journey insights into content for channel partners and vendors Leverage social platform expertise to ensure copywriting aligns with brand guidelines and project tone |
| EVALUATE Capture training needs across business functions and find innovative ways to deliver key messages Use insights and competitor data to deliver multi-user learning scenarios and drive content innovation Measure the effectiveness of training through KPIs and metrics, with a strong commercial focus to identify new opportunities and improve outcomes |
ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?
- You’re proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- You’re experienced in providing training material within IT or telecoms
- You’re a confident presenter with strong communication and networking skills
- You’re a strong copywriter
- You’re a strong project manager with excellence time management
- You’re proficient with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint
- You’re able to quickly shift focus to high priority tasks within a fast paced industry
- You’re eager to tackle challenges and create change.
- You hold a full UK Drivers licence
- You’re able to work from Samsung HQ in Chertsey (KT16 0PS) and production studio in the Chertsey/Working Area several times a week and on occasion travel to events throughout the UK
